Third Floor Map Let's start by taking a look at the third floor map for the Police Department and explain where we're trying to get to: The Clock Tower is located in the South Western corner of the Police Station (3F) building. The actual puzzle in the Clock Tower is relatively easy to solve but getting inside the room is the tricky part. Like most rooms in the game, the Clock Tower contains an important Key Item called a Power Panel Part which must be used on the Jail cell underneath the Police Department. This is a common question in the game because the Clock Tower is seemingly blocked off from several pathways.

There’s only one more Hip Pouch to find during your adventure to escape the Parking Garage. It’s in the locker right next to the Typewriter. You’ll find the next Hip Pouch not too far from the Machinery Room, right before you climb the ladder to the Parking Garage. Machinery RoomĪfter your first boss fight against G (Phase 1), you’ll explore the area around the Machinery Room. The combination is Left 9, Right 15, Left 7Left 9, Right 15, Left 7. You’ll need to get the combination from the Internal Memo in the STARS Office (2F). The next Hip Pouch is in the safe in the West Office (1F) office-within-an-office. You’ll find your first Hip Pouch in the West Storage Room (3F) near the cell where you’ll pick up the Maiden Medallion. There are three Hip Pouches to find in the Police Station - at least until you come back from the Parking Garage. In this guide, we’ll show you the locations of all Hip Pouches. There are six Hip Pouches to find and expand your inventory space from eight slots to 20. Throughout the world, though, you’ll find Hip Pouches that increase your inventory by two slots each.
